Steven Chu is the United States Secretary of Energy. Previously he was Professor of Physics at the UCBerkeley and Director of the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratories. He won the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1997.
Eileen Claussen is President of the Pew Center on Global Climate Change. Previously, she served in the Clinton Administration, first as Senior Director for Global Environmental Affairs at the National Security Council, and subsequently as Assistant Secretary of State.
Tim Wirth is President of the United Nations Foundation. He is also a former U.S. Senator from Colorado, Undersecretary of State in the Clinton Administration, and pioneer of U.S. action to combat global climate change.
Yvo de Boer was the Executive Secretary of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). He is the former Director for International Affairs of the Netherlands' Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and Environment.
Lisa Jackson is Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. She is a Chemical Engineer, with an undergraduate degree from Tulane University and a Masters degree from Princeton University.
